What Is CoolSculpting®?
CoolSculpting® is an FDA-cleared fat-reduction treatment that uses a process called cryolipolysis, commonly known as fat freezing. During treatment, controlled cooling is delivered to a targeted area of pinchable fat.
Fat cells are more sensitive to cold than the surrounding tissue. The treated fat cells are damaged by the cooling process and are gradually cleared from the body over time, helping reduce the visible fat bulge in the treatment area.
